During his formation in Statistics and Business Intelligence in the Institute of Technology University in Metz, Ayhan GÜRBÜZ completed an internship as a clinical data manager in the Methodology and quality of life unit in Oncology (UMQVC) at the University hospital of Besançon. After this internship, he was hired in July 2023 at the same post.

His main activities consist in managing data bases for clinical studies promoted by the hospital of Besançon (administrative procedures, data-management activities from creation of case report form to database lock, including data validation and coding of medical terms) and providing support to medical students for their thesis (creation of data bases, data import).
