Currently, the management of advanced pancreatic cancer patients is complex in second-line chemotherapy according to the absence of clear recommendations. Better discrimination for the prediction of overall survival (OS) at the beginning of second-line chemotherapy is needed to clarify and improve therapeutic decisions. Here, we proposed a prognostic nomogram and score to address this issue.

Dewi Vernerey is a research engineer in epidemiology and biostatistics who received a master’s degree cum laude from Joseph Fourier University (Grenoble, France) with a major in engineering statistics. He defended a PhD in epidemiology and statistics in 2016.
